1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games and Indian Team Selection Trials-2021.
Dear Sir, Madam and the contestants,
The Para Masters Games Federation of India is pleased to announce that the Indian team will be selected for the World Masters Games to be held in KANSAI, Japan in May 2022 with the approval of the International Paralympic Committee and the International Olympic Committee. It has been decided to hold the 2ND Phase Masters National Outdoor Games for the physically challenged above 25 years of age from 26th to 28th October in Kerala.
The venue for the National Games will be announced on September 20, 2021, after which athletes can book travel tickets to participate in the National Games.
All athletes participating in the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games must book accommodation and meals on their own or through the Federation. On September 20, 2021, the Federation will publish a list of the most affordable accommodation and meals for all athletes participating in the National Games. The federation will provide free local transportation to all athletes participating in the National Games.
Athletes do not have to be winners at district and state championships to participate in these national games. Any disabled athlete over the age of 25 who wishes to compete can participate in the National Games through open entry.
The competitions included in the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games include Arm wrestling, Athletics, Archery, Beach Volleyball, Physically Challenged Cricket, Cycling and Swimming. A contestant has to pay an entry fee of Rs.700 / - and an additional Rs.300 / - per competition item to compete in other competition items.
Athletes over the age of 30 who have excelled at the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games will be selected for the Indian team for the World Masters Games to be held in KANSAI, Japan in May 2022 in various age groups.
Entries for the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games will only be accepted from the affiliated states through the respective organizations. Candidates from non-affiliated states can send open entries. If there is a shortage of competitors in the team competition, the team will include competitors from other age groups.
Athletes coming from other states to participate in this National Games should apply for this pass on the website https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in under the option of Citizen, Domestic Entry.
Athletes, officials, escorts and coaches participating in the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games must come with the RTPCR Test Covid Negative Certificate 72 hours prior or Two Dose Vaccine. The Covid situation persists as the number of athletes participating in these National Games has been fixed so that once a certain number of entries are received, a later entry will not be accepted. These National Outdoor Games will be held in compliance with the Covid protocol and social distance. Athletes, officials, escorts and coaches participating in these National Outdoor Games must wear a mask and use a Hand sanitizer.
On January 1, 2021, athletes over the age of 25 will be able to compete in various age groups.
The federation had decided to charge a registration fee for all athletes participating in the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games, as the Covid situation persisted and no sponsorship was given to host the National Games and there was currently no assistance from the government.
Therefore, the registration fee for each athlete participating in the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games is Rs.700 / - before 5 pm on September 7, 2021. Receipt of the deposit to this Federation's account, along with the registration form scanned in PDF format and proforma for team details, should be emailed to the Federation's paramastersgamesindia@gmail.com. A hard copy of the completed registration form, a passport size photo and a copy of the Medical Board Certificate should be sent to the address of Para Masters Games Federation India Mataikonam PO Thrissur District Kerala PIN 680712 before 5 pm on September 25, 2021.
All athletes participating in the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games must report before 3pm on October 25, 2021. Can go back after 5pm on October 28, 2021.
The Federation will award certificates of participation to all athletes participating in the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games, medals and certificates to the winners in the individual categories, and medals, certificates, trophies and cash prizes to the team that wins in the team events.
The Federation has the full power to make changes to the rules and regulations governing the conduct of these Games and to add new ones. For the first time in the world, the 1st Para Masters National Outdoor Games and Para Masters Games Federation are being held in India for the physically challenged elderly Athletes. The aim of this federation is to help the elderly physically challenged in India to win medals for our country by participating in international competitions. Let us work together to develop a new game in our country and make changes.

must report before 3pm on August 31, 2021. May return after 5pm on September
3rd, 2021.
The
federation will provide food, accommodation and local transportation for all
athletes participating in the 1st Para Masters National Indoor Games
from the night of August 31, 2021 until noon on September 3. Participation

National Indoor Games. Medals and certificates for the winners in the
individual categories. The winning team in team events will receive a medal,
