*District team selects 1st Kerala State Paralympic Games & Para Masters Games for the physically challenged.*

Physically Challenged All Sports Association Kerala. For the first time in Kerala, the 1st Kerala State Paralympic Games & Para Masters Games will be held on March 2, 3 and 4 for the physically challenged. These games include athletics, swimming, badminton and sitting volleyball in the state games. The Selection trials in athletics will be held at the respective venues on the following dates. Since there are not many competitors in other sports in kerala so direct entries can be given to participate in the state games. Athletes who excel at the state games will have the opportunity to compete in the National Paralympic Games in March and the National Para Masters Games in June. Athletes from 12 years of age and above can compete in the sub-junior, junior and senior masters’ age groups. Athletics Competition Categories We is all 100 200 400 800 1500 100 shot put, javelin, discus, long jump. Those in the orthopaedic, blind, cerebral palsy dwarf and mentally retarded categories with 40% or more physical disabilities can participate in the District Selection Trial of Athletics.
